These terms set out the agreement between NoFadFit (Chris Cachia, sole trader, Banbury) and you as a client. They cover what's included, what's expected, how payment works, the NoFadFit app, and what happens if something isn't working.
By signing up for coaching, you confirm you've read and accepted these terms.
Both in-person options include the full online programme delivered face-to-face. Clients can transition to online coaching once form and habits are established.
These rules apply to all in-person sessions including monthly rolling.
If I have to cancel a session, you get that session free or refunded, whichever you prefer.
Refunds are not issued for unused sessions, partial months, or change of mind.
The app shows you the programme written for you and lets you record what you actually did. Everything in it is written by me. The app doesn't design anything.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
Before you can use the app you'll be asked to agree to these terms and, separately, to me holding information about your health. You can withdraw that health consent at any time by emailing me, though coaching you safely wouldn't be possible after that.
When you stop training with me, your app account is closed. You can ask me for a copy of your programmes and training records at any point up to a week afterwards.
NoFadFit coaching is not medical advice and does not replace medical care.
Before starting any new training programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you:
You're responsible for disclosing relevant health information honestly on the application form and updating Chris if anything changes during coaching.
Tell me about a new injury, a new diagnosis, a new medication, a pregnancy, or anything else that might affect whether exercise is safe for you — before the session it affects, not afterwards.
If you feel unwell, dizzy or in pain during a session, stop and tell me immediately.
Training carries inherent risk of injury. I keep that risk as low as I reasonably can by programming appropriately, teaching technique and adjusting to how you present on the day. Following the programme as written, with attention to form, reduces but does not eliminate that risk.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, NoFadFit is not liable for:
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Programmes, written content, and coaching materials provided to you are for your personal use only.
You may not:
This protects the work that goes into building each programme.
NoFadFit coaching is based on evidence-led programming and nutrition science. Results depend on consistency, effort, and individual factors including genetics, sleep, stress, and life circumstances.
No specific result is guaranteed. What's guaranteed is structured programming, honest feedback, and a coach who reads every check-in and replies properly.
Your personal and health information is handled in line with the NoFadFit Privacy Policy. By signing up, you confirm you've read it.
If these terms change, active clients will be notified by email. Continued participation in coaching after the change date counts as acceptance of the new terms.
If you use the app, it will ask you to read and agree to the new version before you carry on using it. The version you agreed to, and the date you agreed, is recorded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
